Worse, no matter who is in power. Nobody in power has any interest in fixing the fundamental problems we have been creating for decades.

I agree, and I, too, voted "worse".

It's going to get worse regardless of which party wins the White House. (The issue is how much worse and how quickly.)

The main drivers of our nation's economic problems and social problems--Global Labor Arbitrage and population explosion--will only continue to worsen as our nation's economy and quality of life continues to merge with that of the third world. Also, as another poster mentioned, Peak Oil will continue to be a problem.

Worse. Both parties and the people are getting more ignorant and more partisan.

Because the voters really don't care about long-term issues. We're like the Greeks in the depths of our denial.

I think it's funny that the guys who have said that they think both parties are the problem, yet would vote for gridlock are the ones that predict a worse outcome.
