Will the SI-120 heatsink fit in my setup?

I'm planning to get the SI-120 heatsink instead of the stock heatsink that comes with Opteron 170. I'll also get a 120mm SilverStone fan to go with it.
Just wanted to make sure it will work in my setup; the thing looks huge.

My setup:
Opteron 170
P180 case
A8N32 SLI mobo

The SI-120 is running in my wifes machine:
Centurion 5 case
Opty 148
A8N-E mobo

So I'm sure you won't have a problem.
