Will the Seasonic X-460 be enough?

Easily. Even if you OC the 2500K to 4.5, the system will use perhaps 150-160W (cpu) + 120W (GPU) + 50W for the rest = 320W at full system load (which you will practically never reach; worst case scenario). If you don't OC the CPU, you'll stay well under 300W even in the worst case scenario.

It's not just fanless, it's also 80+ gold and fully modular. There are no 460W 80+ gold PSUs that aren't fanless (it just doesn't need a fan at that efficiency rating and wattage).

I'd imagine that an 80+ bronze unit would be audible in a system whose CPU and GPU are passively cooled... so if you have a fans on the CPU and GPU, there's not much point in paying for the silent X460, because the fans are going to make enough noise at load anyway to drown any PSU fan noise.

I have this power supply. I'm using video in 2500k and Noctua fans throttled all the way down. The computer is silent. That's why I went with the fanless power supply.
It draws 33W at idle, 110 Watts full load.

This PSU is pretty much identical to its bigger wattage brethren, but seasonic markets it as a downrated PSU. The x650 model's fan doesn't even turn on untill it reaches a certain load (stays off when PC is idle or at low load), and in case you go over that, you can rest assured knowing it won't overheat.

Some of you may think that there may be a contradiction with the fact that I'm going with a fanless PSU and a noisy 6950. I failed to mention that I intend to change the hsf on the 6950 as well.

I only want 3 fans in my next build. Two for the case and 1 on the CPU.

So are you guys absolutely sure that the Seasonic X-460FL is more than capable for my needs? Remember, I don't ever intend to go with crossfire or SLI!

Well, you can never be absolutely certain about anything.

.... Seriously, it's fine. Several people say it's fine, and I've already shown you in two threads that you won't use more than about 300 watts which basically just tickles the PSU a bit, probably it won't even notice you're drawing power ;P
