Will the retail cooling fan for a 1600XP be adequate for a 2400XP OEM or does the latter require more?

Just looking to upgrade my CPU, I have a retail 1600XP and am going to probabily purchase a 2400XP OEM and was wondering if the retail HSF combo from the 1600 was enough to cool the 2400XP adequately or if I need something new? thanks

just go for a retail chip its only a few bucks more
