will the original antec sonata fit modern motherboards?

So I was putting together a virtual build and I just made the decision to finally upgrade. I have an old original antec sonata from I believe 2002 😀 but man it DESTROYS all of todays modern flimsy cases. WELL oh well, hmm, do ya think some of the modern mini atx motherboards like say the mini atx form factor asrock motherboards fit on the original riser holes? Im wondering because I am just getting into computers again from a loooong time ago :$ anyone know or ever use modern components in their ooold sonatas?

I have the original black one with the glossy finish and the chrome thingamabobber in the front. Also it has that door which I lost the keys!!! gota find some new keys to! hah
