I am planning out my system and I know that the dfi nforce 4 lanparty can handle 3voltz for memory but can the epox or msi's dish out that kind of voltage?

I am planning on either using the OCZ PC3200 premier or Ocz pc3200 gold memory ? with bh5 and they both require high voltages.

I think you mean 4v for memory on the DFI board. The Epox 9NPA+ Ultra goes to 3.1v, so if you really want to push UTT based memory without a divider you are better off with the DFI. You will most likely need active cooling for anything over 3.2v though. Or you can go with some TCCD/TCC5 based memory for the Epox since those chips don't require high voltages for a decent overclock.
