Will the Modstream work

Hey everybody, I'm thinking about getting the TJ06 for my new build but was concerned about the length of the PSU cables/connectors. In the SCPR review it was stated that LONG power supply cables would be needed to work properly. I'm thinking of getting the OCZ Modstream 450w PSU and would like to know whether this combination will work.

Thanks in advance guys.

I don't really know... but they're both OCZ so they're probably close in length. If you can find out how long the powerstream is, then you'll know for sure.

EDIT: and if it doesn't fit, you can just get an extension or this one is longer.

Just read your edit YOyoYOhowsDAjello So, if it doesnt fit, the extender will work well? Would it affect the quality/stability of the power coming from the PSU?

P.S:YaY! 100th post!

An extension cable shouldn't adversly affect the powersupply's performance afaik.

It adds resistance in two ways, being the connector junction and the extra wire length, so it can possibly.

I'd reccomend a Silencer 470. ;)

Wow, you think a foot of wire with some connectors is going to make a difference that matters at all?

Hardly, but it is possible

That's all I was trying to say. Given how much juice a CPU can draw, add overclocking to the mix, it could be a concern.
