Will the Metallica "Death Magnetic" album DLC for GH3 work in GHWT?

Seems like I read this somewhere that the recent Metallica "Death Magnetic" album GH3 DLC will work in GHWT, but I'm not sure if that's just my imagination or what. I'd love to get it once I can stomach the $18 price tag (or whatever it is), but I don't want it if it won't work in the upcoming GHWT.

The album download is a ridiculous 1.3GB, so I'm hoping that means that vocal and drum info is in there as well, making it such a huge download, although those additions probably wouldn't make a difference. It's just odd that this 10-song album is that big, compared to RB1's 1.53GB needed for 55 tracks. I know all of the songs on Death Magnetic are long as hell, but that's a huge DLC file.

Sweet jesus that's a big file.

But then again, Harmonix is the go-to company for rhythm games, not Neversoft... so in my mind it makes a lot of sense that Rock Band downloads would be smaller in size due to better efficiency.
Although I did see that supposedly the music for the Metallica album DLC had better sound quality than the official CD. So maybe it's all about uncompressed audio or something, which would have of explain the file size.
But no, I seriously doubt it'll transfer over to GHWT. I think it's already been stated that GH3 songs will not be able to be ported to GHWT. Sucks.
Harmonix/MTV had the right idea when they stated they want to make Rockband more of an independent platform, one if which everything is compatible with previous/future releases.
