Will the Lexar jumpgear mp3 player work with other usb flash drives?

I see the Lexar jumpgear mp3 player can be had for fairly cheap.
Anyone know if it will work with other usb flash drives, like the Sandisk mini cruzer?
For the pictures it looks like as long as the flash drive can fit it should work. But there may be something else preventing it from working.
