This is a great question, however only appeals to a limited audience. I believe Apple will not release a 128GB version with the iPhone 5S, but will offer that storage option in the following version of the iPhone. I believe threw following their current pattern in product releases the addition of the storage just doesn't make sense until the iPhone 6. Just my honest opinion.

I'm doubtful because the sales numbers on the 128 GB iPads are very low. Of course you could make a valid argument that's due to the price of the option. 😉
I think a larger/faster drive + USB 3.0 would be awesome.

If the base is 16GB and $649, then you'd have 32GB at $749, and 64GB and 128GB at $849 and $949.
802.11ac is a given. The big maybe is USB 3.0.
