Will the Indianapolis Colts go Undfeated this year? **NOPE**

Colts/Steelers is going to be a hell of a game. Colts/Chargers should be good too.

The rest of the schedule they should cruise by. At worst, two losses this season.

I'm kind of gunning for an all-Manning super bowl. That'd be pretty cool.

tom brady = tim duncan (solid, amazing fundamentals, always comes thru)
peyton manning = kevin garnett (also amazing player with amazing stats, but lacks that winning edge)

its weird tho cause i like TD better than KG but i like manning better than brady...

oh and dont remind me of the spurs loss from yesterday.

Pittsburgh & San Diego can beat anyone in football... Seattle, Jacksonville & Cinncinati are all pretty good... Arizona & Tennessee are the only easy games.
If I had to make a call right now I'd say they lose three & still finish with the best record in the AFC.

Agree 14-2 but I see 13-3 likely. Losses at Seattle and Jacksonville. The Steelers will be a tough one. But no question the Colts are by far the best team in football. Barring a major injury I think they win it all. Truly a complete team on both sides of the ball.

Cinci, Pittsburg, Seattle, San Diego and Jacksonville....All very solid teams. Certainly a much tougher 2nd half of a season schedule than the first.

i don't know if pittsburgh can beat indie in indie. if they were in pitt mb because outdoors, but indoors, indianapolis is very very good.

but as they say, "any given sunday". i'm willing to be indie loses to a tennesse titans team or a team of that caliber. just an unexpected loss, but ya, i have a hard time seeing how they will lose more than 2 games this season hence, home field throughout the playoffs, hence, superbowl bound for indianapolis.

Lets go Insurance Adjusters, Lets go!!<clap, clap>

They definately have a tough schedule coming up. That being said theyll be 15-0 and lose on New Years Day to the Cardinals on a last second fumble recovery TD or somethign stupid like that.

They'll lose to the Chargers because they're a better team and to the Jaguars because they'll overlook them.

Manning will choke when the going gets tough.

like with New England? 😉

I grew up near Indianapolis & now live near Cincinnati so I like both teams a lot. I want the Colts to go undefeated but I'm really worried about the Bengals beating them and also the Steelers.

Its a hard schedule closing out the season. @cincy, seattle, and jacksonville, home against pittsburgh and san diego. I think they'll go 3-2 or 4-1 over that stretch, still win the superbowl though.

4-3 or 5-2 is very realistic at this point.
Cincinatti, Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, San Diego, Seattle
they will lose 2-3 of those games.

On the road @ Cincinnati (who was the first team to give the Chief's a loss when they were 9-0, now its the Bengal's chance to do it to another 9-0 team - and this year they're actually good)

@ home vs. Pittsburgh, Indy has yet to face a truly dominating running team. In fact the only good offense they've faced so far is the Patriots, of which Dillon was ineffective due to injury. If the Steelers can get the running game rolling, I can definitely see them out-muscle the Colts - sheer power > speed (not that the Steelers are slow either). However I think they'll need Parker and Ben back to be fully effective.

On the road @ Jacksonville, Jacksonville had a legit chance of beating the Colts @ Indy earlier this year. Jacksonville will be at home and should be fighting for a playoff spot or even the division title if Indy loses to the Bengals and Steelers. Even if there is no extra incentive for Jacksonville to win, on the road @ Jacksonville won't be an easy win.

@ home vs. the Chargers. The Chargers destroyed New England @ New England worse than the Colts did; another solid team who almost beat the Colts last year, @ Indy no less.

On the road @ Seattle; Shaun Alexander is a definite threat. It?s true that they are an NFC team, it?s true they have a history of blowing games, especially late. However this is a new year, they?re currently 7-2 and the road game later in the year can?t be easy for a Colts team accustomed to a dome.

Of their remaining 7 games, only two should be ?sure wins? ? Tennessee and Arizona.

Then there?s the potential embarrassment of going 16-0 all for nothing, especially if you don?t go all the way. The Dolphins went all the way. I don?t think the Colts are going to go undefeated, nor do I believe they care about going undefeated in the regular season ? its going undefeated in the post season that counts.
