On the road @ Cincinnati (who was the first team to give the Chief's a loss when they were 9-0, now its the Bengal's chance to do it to another 9-0 team - and this year they're actually good)
@ home vs. Pittsburgh, Indy has yet to face a truly dominating running team. In fact the only good offense they've faced so far is the Patriots, of which Dillon was ineffective due to injury. If the Steelers can get the running game rolling, I can definitely see them out-muscle the Colts - sheer power > speed (not that the Steelers are slow either). However I think they'll need Parker and Ben back to be fully effective.
On the road @ Jacksonville, Jacksonville had a legit chance of beating the Colts @ Indy earlier this year. Jacksonville will be at home and should be fighting for a playoff spot or even the division title if Indy loses to the Bengals and Steelers. Even if there is no extra incentive for Jacksonville to win, on the road @ Jacksonville won't be an easy win.
@ home vs. the Chargers. The Chargers destroyed New England @ New England worse than the Colts did; another solid team who almost beat the Colts last year, @ Indy no less.
On the road @ Seattle; Shaun Alexander is a definite threat. It?s true that they are an NFC team, it?s true they have a history of blowing games, especially late. However this is a new year, they?re currently 7-2 and the road game later in the year can?t be easy for a Colts team accustomed to a dome.
Of their remaining 7 games, only two should be ?sure wins? ? Tennessee and Arizona.
Then there?s the potential embarrassment of going 16-0 all for nothing, especially if you don?t go all the way. The Dolphins went all the way. I don?t think the Colts are going to go undefeated, nor do I believe they care about going undefeated in the regular season ? its going undefeated in the post season that counts.
