I just enjoyed a relative made bean soup with allspice in it. I was not very familiar with that spice and read up on it. I discovered I'd been eating it for years as a primary flavoring in Catsup which bring me to your post that reminded me of something I read that Heinz Catsup has the highest bug count by brand. Hehe, maybe why it's so good.You're already eating some (along with some other tasty ingredients)
