Will the Enermax be enough?

This is my future rig:

AMD Athlon64 3500+ Winchester Core (Gonna overclock to 2.6 or higher)
BFG 6800 OC (Gonna overclock very greatly)
1 gig Crucial Dual Channel
ASUS A8V deluxe
Cooler Master Wavemaster Alu Case
Thermalright XP-120 for a heatsink and a L1A Panaflo on it
WD 80gb SATA HDD
Liteon DVD burner

I'm looking to get a 450W PSU from Enermax (It's the one with Dual Fans and fan control : EG465P-VE FMA). How does it size up to the OCZ Powerstream 520W except actual wattage? I don't think I need to go above 480W for this rig, but I've had mixed reactions. I need a suggestion on this: Should I go with the OCZ Powerstream 520W or stick with the Enermax (if I want to OC my cpu to approx 2.6 - 2.7 ghz and my 6800 to about +- 400/1000). Thank you for your time.

it doesnt really matter, so i'd go with whichever's cheaper. they both will be perfectly fine. neither one will be better hten the other really.

I just purchased the 480W coolergiant from Enermax. I like the additional fans and blower over the CPU. My CPU is actually running about 3-5 C cooler with this fan. Running a similar setup (only OC to 2.4, however) with no problems.
