Hello, so as the topic states,

Will the Corsair HX520 (Modular) PSU, be enough for this simple system:

e8400
gigabyte ds3r mobo
couple sata hdd's
bfg 9800gx2.

Currently, this system has a 8800gts running. It is fine and i know that the Corsair HX520 is more than capable of running that.

I just bought a 9800gx2, and am wondering if this will be compatible with my PSU. As well as if the hx520 has the proper plugs to power the gx2.

Any responses would be appreciated, i really wanna plug this card into my system as soon as i get home. I'd be disappointed to go home only to find out i'd have to buy a new PSU tomorrow :)

Thanks in advance.

You'll be fine.

Should have waited a few weeks for the new video cards though.

step up baby, step up. BFG gives u the 100 day step up program. I couldn't wait, plain and simple, i'm not going to even try to make an excuse of it. I just couldn't wait.
