Will the batteries in my iPod Shuffle go dead faster...

I have an iPod Shuffle that I got for free from this deal. The earbuds that come with it hurt like hell in my ears (am I the only one?). Right now I have a pair of Sennheiser HD-202's connected. Obviously there is a considerable bigger driver in the HD-202's. My question is how much faster will my batteries go dead vs. having the supplied earbuds plugged in?

TIA.

THe amount of battery life lost due to headphone size should be just about negligible. I really don't think that you're going to loose that much battery life from the bigger headphones, maybe a couple of minutes at most.

Bigger speakers will be able to create louder sound, but at the same volume, there shouldn't be a big differnce. A friend of mine and i both have iPod mini's (2nd gen) and i use the supplied white ear phones while he uses big over-ear TDK's, and we haven't noticed any big difference.
