I see that Intel has a Pentium 3 1.2mhz cpu. I checked Asus site for my Cusl2-c and it does not say if it will support a cpu that high.
Does anyone know ?

No, you need the TUSL2-C to support the 0.13u PIII's like the 1.2GHz.

Any motherboard with a i815EP B-step chipset will support Tualatin processors. A good motherboard that I can suggest (if you're looking for one) is the MSI i8153EP LE (MSI-6337 LE) motherboard. A great no frills board, I think about $30-40 USD cheaper than the Asus comparatives.
