Will the Alpha PAL 8045 fit on a MSI K7T266 Pro2-RU?

Hi all!

I'm buying a new athlon xp (1800+) rig (first time AMD buyer) and was wondering if the PAL 8045 will fit on the MSI board (K7T266 Pro2-RU) that I'm getting. The pictures on MSI's pages are to small to make out if it has the mounting holes next to the cpu socket.

Wouldn't want to waste all that money on the heatsink/fan if it doesn't fit. The motherboard will arrive in 1-2 weeks (we're a far ways off here in Norway ). So I was planing on ordering the HSF in advance.

Any comments/views are most welcome!

I've mounted the PAL8045 on my MSI K7T266 Pro2 (no 'RU') with 0 problems.

In retrospect, I would have added 1 more washer to each of the spring-screw mounts to put just a tad more pressure on the CPU.
