If it is a KT7 then I would, as stated earlier, forget about going very far past 100 for an FSB. However if it is a KT7a, then that bad boy can get quite close to 150 or higher if you put a more aggressive HSF on the north bridge.
In respect to unlocking the tbird/spitfire CPUs, I have done the pencil trick for a good number of people as well as myself. It works almost all of the time. What I found out it won't work on is the L7 bridges (default Vcore). What I did, and I think I have seen it on a couple of sites, is to use a rear window defogger repair kit. I got one at Canadian Tire for $10 Canadian. It has a small bottle of what amounts to very conductive paint. Although there are a lot of places that suggest to use a tape mask to avoid unwanted connections, I found that all you need is a very sharp pin from a sewing kit or a safety pin. You dip the tip into the repair fluid and when you touch the cut in the bridge, capilary action will suck it into the gap and unlock the bridge. I do recommend having a magnifying glass to do this with and if you are not steady of hand it would be a good idea to use the tape to cover the other bridges. The only thing about using tape is that you will need to wait a while to let it dry well. Otherwise you will end up just peeling your work off with the tape.
Good luck and have fun🙂🙂🙂
