Will StarTech 1394 card work in my MSi P67 MB? Unsure

A friend offered to give me his unused StarTech PCI1394B_3 firewire card.

The specs sate PCI, but my being an amateur compared to most here, I am not getting why it looks incompatible with my MB's PCI slots.

According to MSi my board has...

Slots
• 2 PCI Express gen2 x16 slots
• 3 PCI Express gen2 x1 slots
• 2 32-bit v2.3 master PCI bus slots.
- Support 3.3v/5v PCI bus interface.​

Looking at the actual physical structure of the card, it doesn't look like it's the right fit for my PCI slots. It would be longer.

I hate feeling stupid. :'(

From Newegg: "Compliant with PCI 2.2 specification and works in 32/64-bit PCI slots"

the 64bit slots are bigger than the 32 bit slots on your mobo.
