Anyone know if its got 16 bit code still?

On a related note, why does it always use 100% of one of my cores when it runs? This isnt the only comp it does that with, its like an emulator, always using the core its on 100%. Why?

In other news South Korea has declared war against Microsoft after learning that Windows Vista will not run Starcraft. Their main tactic of attack is said to be something known as a "Zerg Rush".

Don't upgrade to vista. It provides absolutely no benefits for at least 3 years. It will be another ME and you'll wish you hadn't bought it trust me.

64bit XP didn't run many games, I assume Starcraft is one of them. I wouldn't rush into buying a 64bit versions of any Windows OS if I were you. Unless you dual boot.

AFAIK the 64-bit versions of XP and Vista include no 16-bit app support, but the 32-bit versions should.

Obviously you haven't seen boxer and his Terran micromanagement skills. He put the other guys to shame (especially the zerg).

I wasnt thinking about Vista at all until I put 4GB of RAM in my machine, and ran into the 2GB per process limit of XP. All depends on how much it costs to upgrade. It would be nice to have an OS that fully supports your hardware.

32-bit Vista will have the same limitation.

I'm looking at Vista 64. Might as well since I also have a 64 bit CPU. I have XP64 that I got with my CPU combo but it seems DOA as far as support.
