I don't know why you are a bigot. Why are you asking me? Don't you know?
Like I have said previously, it is not the fact that someone is anything other than the norm heterosexual that is necessarily the problem. It is the fact that the society at large, and the military as a reflection of the society's values, finds it difficult to accept the wide range of minority sexual predilections. Not too many are willing to accept the public display of every sexual variation that is out there - and you never address the practices that are even more out of the ordinary and, though surely a personal choice, are considered criminal. Where do you stop? And why?
You like to use obvious characteristics like race to make your point, but is LGBT (and add all the letters you care to THAT mix) sexual orientation so obvious as race or accent? Why would you insist that sexual behaviors be public? Why not keep them private and out of the business at hand?
The military discharges for lots of inappropriate behaviors for the good of the service. Inappropriate and abusive and unwelcome sexual behavior/contact included. Keep it in your pants and keep your hands off and it is likely that you will keep your job.
