Learn to fish. Pick up some HTML books. Experiment. At first, I sucked at HTML didn't know anything. Played around with a demo of photoshop and played around with the language. Ya, I'm not great now but I just did it for fun. You work at it you could be awesome.

then you should be able to learn HTML yourself.

look on the web, spend time surfing instead of neffing and see how others (ie. corporate sites, other art-gallery sites..) design their layouts and colour scheme. PM me and I can show you some links.
