Will Silverstone Strider 400W be enough?

I've got a Silverstone Strider 400W PSU that is 1,5 years old.
It's supplying a non-overclocked Intel E8400 (3,00 GHz x 2), 4GB of RAM and a nVidia 9800GT 512Mb graphics card - that recently ''died''.

I'm thinking about getting GTX 560 Ti - the MSI TwinFrozr version.
So my question is - will the PSU hold with the other components?

I've got some positive answers till now, but I'm still unsure, so I would be grateful for your opinions.

The strider is a great unit but Iwould get a bigger unit just in case. remember never cheap on your psu, also nvidia recommands 550w for the 560ti.

You should probably be fine as long as you don't overclock anything or add too many hard drives, fans, etc.

AT's test bench shows 317W total system load with a single GTX 560 Ti during Crysis. Since you have a dual core instead of a quad, you should be pulling in a bit less than that provided you don't have many hard drives, fans, etc in your system that are drawing power.

The specs of AT's test system are:

CPU: Intel Core i7-920 @ 3.33GHz
Motherboard: Asus Rampage II Extreme
Chipset Drivers: Intel 9.1.1.1015 (Intel)
Hard Disk: OCZ Summit (120GB)
Memory: Patriot Viper DDR3-1333 3 x 2GB (7-7-7-20)

I run my overclocked GTX460 and an undervolted e8400 on my Corsair 400w, and I never exceed 200w load from the wall. You'll have more than enough power - the 560Ti probably uses 20-30w more than my card, and your e8400 probably uses 10-20w more. So you'll be around 250w. You're fine. I wouldn't heavily overclock that 560Ti, though, because it can quickly go up in power use, which while not surpassing 400w total, will strain the 12v rail.

Also, FYI, you will be heavily CPU-limited in most modern games. You may want to consider something a little less costly than a 560Ti. An HD6850 or GTX460 would be a great upgrade (2x as fast as an 8800gt) and would still be limited by your CPU. I'd recommend the HD6850 based on its single PCIe power connector - your PSU only has one and would require an adapter for the 560Ti or GTX460.
