It's my training box. I have a box that I speced out for the most seamless, idiot-proof linux box possible running a 1.1ghz Duron on a great VIA chipset that my server 2003 is currently running on. Now I desperatly need a more powerful router and I desperatly need to get better with samba for work, so that box HAS to go back to debian. I need a new home for my server 2003 environment and I'm shopping in my buddies garages... I can get a great deal on a barton 2500 with an nforce2 abit board, but I'm not sure how nice that'll play with server 2003.

See whenever Windows is running on a system the system's name changes from a PC / server into a crashbox due to the infinte amount of crashes users have to deal with, oh well.

since the router issue is a completley different ball of wax, I made a different thread. I really appreciate everyone's input though as I know that there is a tremendous amount of expertise in the non OT-PN forums here ;)
