Will Samsung PC700 run at 400mhz?

As the title says. I picked up 512mb (256mb X 2) of RDRAM PC700 really cheap. Runs great at 356mhz on a 820i slot 1 board but need to know if anyone has oc'ed this memory yet. I don't want to spend the money on a 850i motherboard and find out the memory won't run at 400mhz. No returns policy where I buy unless it's defective.
