Will Ryzen finally force intel to included all virtulization features in all their CPUs?

In the past, Intel made different SKUs for having support for different levels of virtualization available.
AMD has always had full virtualization capabilities in pretty much all their CPUs.

With Ryzen coming on very strong in terms of capabilities, it looks like it will be a virtualization powerhouse.

Will Intel finally enable Vt-d on all their CPUs instead of fusing it off?

VT-D is now included with cpus as cheap as a celeron

There are also several intel atoms, both cpus named atom and the pentiums and celerons that are really atoms cpus but minor other changes.

yeah with KL intel started doing this even with low end SKU's. Who knows perhaps this was in response to zen and they were smart enough to at least take some action ahead of time.

Actually VT-d started coming on the low end SKUs with Skylake. See Celeron G3900 below:

Yeah, this already happened with skylake. I'm not sure why there was a change of heart after all that time, but it was one niche that AMD had left before that.

I was going to say the i3 6100 I bought has VT-D enabled.
