Will removing floppy from case cause any shielding problems?

The new mobo going into my case has no floppy connector, so I'm going to remove the floppy drive. I've still got the plastic cover to cover up the hole. Will the hole left in the underlying metal cause any type of RF interference?

Thanks,

Thanks, I wasn't sure since you have to break those metal plates out to open up the holes for the external drive bays.
