Hello. I have 4 X 4 gig sticks for a total of 16 gigs of 1333 ripjaw series RAM. My question is, if I upgrade to 8 or 16 gigs of 1866 gskill sniper series RAM, would I see a very big difference in my game frame per second?

ram has the least bang for buck when it comes to framerate. you can spend 50% more for slightly faster ram and get single digit fps increase.

Get an SSD if you don't have one.

More RAM won’t increase your FPS, but you might get decreased FPS if you don’t have enough and have to hit the page-file often. But you'd need a very small amount for that to happen (e.g. 1GB with a modern game).
