Will Radeon 8500DV work with NF7?

I read on the manual that NF7 does not work with 3.3v agp cards....i cannot find any information to see if my current 8500DV card 's operational voltage. I am having alot of problems with my new NF7 and 2500+ CPU. I was in a reboot loop, and i tried everything, and nothing works, however, i tried to repair windows and i finally got into windows. But it is having alot of problems with my ATI drivers. It keep giving me blue screens....memory dumps... Please help.

It turns out not to be the video card. I installed the motherboard drivers and after that, it seems to be working fine now. THanks.
