Will Radeon 8500 offer better quality on TVWonder than Ti200?

I'm looking at both the 8500 and ti200.. I want to help out ATI in this round but will spend about $30 more for the 8500 over the ti.

I use a ATI Tv Wonder that is the best $60 i ever spent on the computer, its great. right now im using it with a geforce mx.

Will ati still have more vibrant colors than nvidia this round like in past cards and will it give me any benefit using the ati cards together?

I doubt you'll get any benefit of using the cards together, but I'm sure the 2D quality is just the same as the other ATIs. The 8500 is signifactantly faster for $30, and I believe it has quite a few video in and video out functions on board too.
