Will putting FIOS Actiontec router into bridge mode affect clearQAM to tuners?

I want to replace my actiontec router from Verizon with my own router. Right now I can tune to local channels using FIOS via Coax via clearQAM on my Avermedia h787 tuner. If I turn the router into bridge mode, will I lose this capability?

My goal is to make the router a MoCA bridge so I just connect that to my new router and everything else out from that. The new router will handle all NAT and DHCP. This is commonly done and works well if you can't get or don't want Verizon to run ethernet from your ONT outside to your router. Then you don't have to worry about the actiontec and moca at all since the coax is gone. The tradeoff you lose set top box stuff. I don't care about that. I just want to know if the coax coming OUT of the actiontec in bridge mode will still carry the clearQAM channels and continue to deliver channels to my tuner card as it currently does using the actiontec as a full blown router for everything, not in bridge mode.
