Will PAT still work if I O'C a ABIT IC7 & P4c 2.4Ghz ?

I just read an article on Sharky.com, see link below, that was discussing the features of the Intel i875 Chipset. It mentions that PAT only works with 800MHZ P4 FSB CPU's and DDR400 RAM; not a processor with a FSB below that speed, or ram speed below that as well. Okay, well what if overclock DDR466 in a ABIT IC7 MB and a 2.4c chip, beyond its 800Mhz FSB does the PAT feature stop working? When I buy my new system I plan on getting the Abit IC7 and a 2.4c CPU and some good DDR466 RAM to try and overclock, so thats why I ask. Hope ya can clue me in one this. Thanks
