Will P150, 40mb ram, run ME?

I have an old laptop that was given to me and wonder if win98 or me would be better (faster) on this old system. There is not going to be anything, but Word and Email on it probably. Win ME seems to boot faster than 98 but will this little laptop handle ME?

150mhz is the bare minimum, I dont recall what the memory minimum is.

It may boot faster, but it will be swapping to the HDD all day, put 95 on it

it's sure to be slow. I'd use win98 personally!

95 or 98 will definitely run faster but ME should work fine. i ran ME on a Pentium 200 with only 32megs and it wasnt too slow. i think boot time was one of the things MS said they improved for ME.
