Will others close by interfere with bluetooth on a tablet?

I'm thinking about buying a Teclast X98 Air ii tablet that runs Win8.1 and has bluetooth 4.0. Then buy a bluetooth keyboard and a bluetooth mouse.

If I'm at an internet hotspot, will others using bluetooth on their tablet or laptop interfere with my keyboard and mouse or vice-versa?
