Will OEM Win Vista key work with my retail Vista disk

I cant find the factory image disks for my HP desktop and need to reformat the system. The COA and key is on the back of the PC so key isn't a problem.

Question is I have another copy of Win Vista retail. Can I use this disk with the OEM key for installation?
