my specs are i5 2300
ram 8gb
500 gb hard

i work on 3d max all the time and rendering is taking too much time. should i buy more ram or a quadro card. my budget left is 100$
one ram 8gb cost 60$, while quadro card costs 100$ in used form
please tell me should i buy more ram or quadro card to reduce time in rendering

What quadro? I doubt any you can get for $100 will compare to a consumer level video card. You should be able to pick up a used GTX 470/480 in that range.

You should try to get a used GTX470/480/560Ti/570/580.

What render you use?

If it's a renderer that uses CPU check if you actually use all/most of your memory during rendering.
If not the additional memory doesn't speed your rendering. (if it does the advantage is very small.)
In this case better CPU would be the way to go.

If you use GPU renderer and you are not memory limited think about new quadro.
