Will Norv come back if the Bolts make the playoffs?

With the AFC West as it is now, with my Raiders in sole possession of first place at 2-2, and everyone else is 2-3 it really is up for grabs. And with the Chargers looking like a real time finally this past weekend, they have a shot at being competitive this year it seems.

Chargers fans are probably happy they finally got what they were looking for, but the more they win the likelihood of Norv coming back is increased, which is probably not what any Charger fan wants. Would AJ or Spanos get rid of a 2nd straight coach that led them to the playoffs? Is there anything that can happen to get AJ out of the office?

Norv sucks. The best anyone can hope for is that he'll get taken out by an errant tackle at the sidelines.

If AJ stays then Norv will stay regardless of their record. If AJ finally gets the boot so will Norv.

If AJ Smith is still around Norv will be still around since firing Norv will mean AJ Smith admitting that he was wrong and made a mistake.
