Will Norton Ghost work with a RAID setup?

I will be installing my first RAID setup and would like to know if Norton Ghost will work for backing up the system after the RAID install.

When booting off the Ghost boot disk, will Ghost backup the partion (which span both drives) or the drives themselfs (meaning one physical drive and then the other physical drive)?
