Will Ninja Gaiden be in stores the 2nd or the 3rd?

The offical release date is March 2nd, but someone told me it might not be in the stores until the 3rd. I am skipping school tomorrow to go pick up the game, and I really hope they have it available tomorrow.

Any idea how this release date/shipdate thing works? Can anyone confirm it'll be in stores tomorrow?

i can't confirm, but if i had to guess i would say it would...it wouldn't make sense to hold the game past the official release date, releasing early would make sense, but not after...

God I hope it's the 2nd if not the 3rd. I've been waiting for that friggin game FOREVER. I have the OXM demo disc and it just made me more anxious. I have it reserved with money down so I know there will be a copy for me to pick up when it comes in.

Walked into an EB today since I was at blockbuster doing one of my many exchanges (freedom pass) and they told me the third they'll really get them. They'll have some in store on the second for the pre-orders.
