will newegg let me RMA my epox 8k7a+ if its broken?

my 8k7ha+ died this fall so i bought the 8k3a.

i bought both boards from newegg.com, the 8k7ha+ i've only had for 8months. what type of warranty does new egg offer, and do you think they will let me exchange it for a working one?

If its less than one year, they will replace it. Just do the online RMA process.
