Will my WHS run ok if i just use the cpu fan?

I have a case fan hooked up and it is extremely loud, louder than it used to be. Will it be ok just to use the cpu fan?
 
I don't see an issue as long as the PSU, CPU, Video card have a fan working. Watch the temps just in case , should be fine though.
 
It is a good idea to have at least one fan blowing air into the case (especially over the hard drives) and one blowing out.
 
i generally find i get the best mix of airflow and quiet by actually using lots of large low speed fans if i can help it. if your case doesnt have many options, the coolermaster 690 is a good case with space for up to 5 140mm fans and a 120mm fan in the front and back
