Will my Thermalright heatsink fit A64?

I have a Thermalright SLK-947 heatsink currently cooling my Athlon XP2500. I am considering buying an Athlon 64 very soon (socket 754), and was wondering if my heatsink would work. I looked on thermalright's web site, and they list the SLK-948 for the A64, but they list both the 947 and 948 as being compatible with the P4, so I am wondering if my heatsink will work even though they don't specifically list it.

Any input here appreciated.

I would say not. If you look here, you will see that there are only two mounting screws. They are across the middle. From pics of the SLK-947, the holes seem to be in the corners. Although I haven't opened up my case and searched specifically for corner holes, judging by the pic I took a little bit ago I'd say it can't be done without any mods.

EDIT: Here are some better, definetive pictures. They even show the backplate that only has the two screws.
