Will my Swiftech MC462 be good for OCing?

I am getting a 2500+ Barton and look foward to OCing. The Swiftech was the best in it's day, but is it still good enough? I'm not real fond of spending another 50+ dollars on another heat sink.

Soon to be getting a Asus A7N8X Deluxe and 512 of Corsair XMS 3200 CL2

No problem. I'd wager it's at least as good as my Alpha 8045, which I'm using to clock my 1700+ to 2266.
