anyone know? I know the CPU will put out about 65 watts, the GPU prolly puts out like 50-70watts
 
Easily, and with plenty of room to spare.

In another forum on this site someone did a Kill-A-Watt benchmark of actual usage for a quad-core 6600 with nvidia dual-tuner and 8600GTS card (IIRC). 95 watts when powered and not actively working (minimum) and about 205 watts when fully loaded with games, running benchmarks, etc. at the same time.

So yes, your system will run that and have plenty of headroom.
