Will my PSU be sufficient for a new build?

My PSU is about 3 years old. It's an Antec 480W TrueBlue.

I'd like to use it in conjunction with a new Core2 build, probably an E6400 proc, Asus P5B-E, and Geforce 7900GT.

Will I have any apparent problems with this setup? It has been awhile since I've researched current PSU to CPU or GPU specs.

Here's a link to the Antec 480 specs if needed:

Cheers!

Seek a more contemporary PSU. Look for a reverse of what this linked unit offers.
The TrueBlue has 5V@38A and 12V@22A. You want 12V combined or single rail 12V at 30~32A and the 5V at 20A or so.

Enhance ENP-5150GH
Seasonic S12 in 400 or 500W
Corsair 520W

Ugh, worst news ever...lol ;) Was hoping I wouldn't have to squeeze $100 into my budget for another PSU!

But thank you very much for the helpful link and suggestions! I will have to do some research here. I like what I've heard about the Seasonics.

I will probably do a little OC'ing due to the great capabilities in the Core2 line. I have already picked out some nice RAM and Zalman HS to aid this purpose. I also plan to use maybe 2-3 IDE hdd's and one SATA hdd, plus 2 optical drives, so the rig may be a bit power intensive.

High cross loading, causing instability, with that high 5V wattage when the real load will be on a relatively weak 12V rail.
It's a three year old Antec that's probably populated with suspect Fuhjyyu capacitors.
Does your new mainboard use a 24pin ATX connection? What about SATA plugs?

OP! New build? Feed it from a new PSU.

The Asus board I mentioned above does have a 24 pin connector and sports 6 SATA connectors. I am not sold on this board yet, mainly due to the single IDE port it has, and I will be using more IDE drives than SATA initally at least. I am sure I will need to upgrade the PSU, and I am thinking the Seasonic looks pretty nice. Just a matter of doing some comparison shopping at this point.

Thanks again for the tips and suggestions. :)
