Will my POWMAX(Xconnectors) PSU hold?

Hi, i'd already looked on the specs of two of my Powersupply. I have an 485w enermax (blue) and a powmax ultra x-connect 500w (silver, thot it was black tahts why i bought it).

im jus wondering if my x-connect psu gonna hold once i OC my system? or shud i jus stick wit the enmerax
