So..I don't have the best PC, but I really want Battlefield 4 and was wondering if my PC can run it on at least low?

CPU: AMD FX-4100 @ 4.0ghz
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 5670
RAM: 8gb
Storage: Hitatchi Deskstar 500gb

and if I can what frame rates should I expect?

Thankyou very much for your help - James

Welcome to the forums, BingoWinger.

Your PC will not run BF4. You'll need a more powerful video card. The CPU is adequate, although not ideal. If you have the budget for it, you should invest in an HD7770 at the minimum, which can be had for under $100.

According to 'can you run it' http://systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

I just pass the minimum requirements, I do however take your word for it. I have a problem though..my PSU is only 450w and +12v 10a I believe, so an upgrade is out of my reach.

Your video card is actually slower than the minimum required HD3870, and in any event, even a 3870 wouldn't run it very well.

What brand and model power supply do you have? 10A on the 12V rail sounds unreasonably low for a 450W model.
