Its been out on that truck since 6:17am, its now 5:55pm...could they just not deliver it today or since its on the truck will i get it for sure?

Anyway, it'll probably be there later tonight. It's probably FedEx ground which means they have until like 7 or so to deliver.
 
the truck may have been involved in an accident, i hope the driver is ok

Thats ok, its my rma replacement, ill just rma it again and mabey ill get a even bigger monitor this time 😀
 
Why don't you call FedEx, often times if there's something wrong they'll have the answer. This one time I had an Airborne coming in and it had "Out for delivery" online, but at like 5:00PM I called them up and found out that it wasn't loaded onto the truck, but put on a plane to Ontario of all places. Was supposed to be delievered Friday, but instead came Monday.

Fedex ground customer service tells me they deliver till 8:00pm in my area

...must wait an hour. He said if you dont get it tonight then call in tommorow to put a trace on it, he said he cant trace it until the day after its schedualed delivery. Anyways, what kinda fedex truck worker has a over 12 hr shift?
 
Called fedex today since i checked the tracking and it said it was going back to gardengrove, which is the senders city !!! grr... fedex cs told me that the package was damaged thus undeliverable, GRRR. Me on the phone with KDS (company that sent out the package, way to go with this RMA...) But hey kds has good hold music...rite now its destinys child...ok i like teenybopper music.

anyways lets see, so i called kds and they said "blah blah blah, ill send u another" I asked for compensation, they said she didnt have the authroity, and she was the only one there, GRr....so im gonna write a long letter on how the kds KARES 5-7 (7 MAX) days replacement policy is crap and i should be compensated since my rma went in on feb 10th, and finaly shipped 24th, then broke, and tommrow a new one will SUPOSIDLY (i cant spell) ship out

I would definitely ask them to send you an airbill for return shipping costs.

Call FedEx and complain.. Tell them you will never order anything from a company that uses FedEx UNLESS they upgrade the method of shipping for your package.

Yeah i tryed to ask them to upgrade the monitor she didnt have the authority, i think ill call back tommrow or monday and ask for manager or whatever and see what they can do, hopefully atleast return shipping.
 
Was just lookin at fedex tracking, yesterday it was 22 pounds, now its damaged and only 18 pounds...did 4 pounds of monitor just fall outa the package? lol
