Will my old Enlight Corp. 250W power supply that came included with my Enlight 7237 be able to support an Asus P4P800/2.4C combo?

Technically, if it has that 4 pin plug, then yes.

Realistically, it's hard to say. It depends on how much other stuff you have that you'll need to power up.

I suggest you buy an Antec 300W or better if you wanna overclock that sucka!

Cooking your motherboard and/or CPU. :p

If it has the 4-pin ATX12V plug, go for it. Most people never go tap the full reserve of what even a good 300W will push, let alone the trend towards "Super übArp0w3r 550W" that's going on. :p

Possibly. That's a pretty 'light' psu, you plug say... A 9700pro into that thing and it'll turn into a space heater :)

Just for the heck of it, you might want to check psu 'spec' against the boards 'requirement'... While a psu that powered a pIII (or equiv amd) will 'work', current specs had changed on some rails in going to the p4 (and equiv amd) that would effect overall performance in a box your interested....

Just break down $$$.$$ It won't hurt you 'that' much ;)

I just checked your 'rig'..... :) You won't be keeping much at all and a psu from that box may not even turn the lights on your new one (and your new video card ;););) )

Yea, why not go for a try? Small form factors PSU's are like 200W or 220W Enhances (I've found my Enhance to be pretty good). These can power 3GHz + P4's, a hard drive, floppy, R9800 Pro, optical drive, and more.

Yeah, but small form factor PSU's are usually of pretty decent quality and power much smaller motherboards with fewer fans. Enlight makes solid PSU's, but the 250W is an older model and I don't think it even has a the new power connector.
