Will my MS wireless mouse work with a Mac?

The receiver connects to my PC by USB. Weekly I go to my volunteer gig and it has a wired key board which has a USB connector. They have a USB optical mouse connected to that port on the keyboard, but it's very cramped and the cord is twisted and very in the way and a PITA. Can I bring in my MS wireless mouse (came with an MS wireless keyboard) and plug the receiver into the keyboard's USB port? If I do that will the Mac (OS X) see and work with the wireless mouse?

It should because it is a HID compliant device.

I also have a wireless Logitech mouse that I use for my laptop. It would be less of a hassle to bring because the receiver is way smaller - it looks like a mini flash drive and it is stored inside the mouse itself: Logitech VX Revolution notebook mouse. If this works, it's the one I'll bring. Say's it works with OS X here so I'm going to try it.

Yes, it'll work!

I brought my wireless Logitech VX Revolution with the mini-USB pickup on Tuesday and it worked perfectly. Glad I did because the mouse they had on there was a corded mouse with no scroll wheel. I don't know how Mac people can compute with those.
